"Hello, I'm really pleased to be invited to support the people of Manchester to develop this faith, belief and interfaith covenant.
I'm a proud (Greater) Mancunian and worked on several projects across Manchester, in arts and public health, most recently with Greater Manchester Youth Network.
I met FN4M talking about Buddhism on schools visits. My need to understand life's ups and downs led to 13 years in the Triratna Buddhist Order, where I explored meditation, ethics and teachings. From 2005 – 2011, I wrote and presented Pause for Thought, on BBC Radio 2 (under my Buddhist name, Kavyasiddhi).
Whether as a writer or as a counsellor, I listen with care and respect, and it's these qualities of curiosity and understanding that make this project unique and will help to bring people together. I look forward to meeting you soon!"
Be sure to stay updated on this work as well be sharing more information on how to get involved.
