Broadly speaking Solar for GM Faiths supports two pathways to installation depending on whether you can fund the project yourself or not.

Pay for the panels yourself

If you have the money in the bank or can fundraise within your faith group or can apply for grants (or combine all three) then you will be better off installing the panels yourself. You will have clean and free electricity from day one.

Collaborate with GMCR

If not, then GMCR who can raise money through a share offer in your community. They will install the panels and sell you the electricity at a discounted rate to repay the share holders. You will have clean and cheaper electricity from day one.
