Our next Interfaith Dialogue will be held during Refugee Week, on Tuesday 16th June, 7:30pm to 9pm at the Ascension Church Hulme, 282 Stretford Rd, Manchester M15 5TQ.
We will look at “If Faith communities embrace the courage of refugees, how can we ensure that they are made welcome and supported in their new life?”
So many of our communities were established with and by refugees and migrants to our country. What are the perspectives of faith folk on migration and refugees and how can we contribute positively to the current situation.
We will start with the thoughts of faith leaders involved in work supporting refugees and open the dialogue to hear the range of opinions and thoughts of those present.
We hope to end the evening with a commitment to action to celebrate Refugee Week 2026.
