“Religion and Politics should not be mixed!” – Or should they? Should faith leaders be the moral conscience of politicians?

Join us on Monday 8th September, 7:45pm-9pm at the Manchester Multifaith Centre for a thought-provoking Interfaith Dialogue exploring the complex relationship between religion and politics in today’s society.

Are religious values a source of moral guidance in public life or a boundary that must be kept separate from governance? Should faith leaders influence political decisions, or does that undermine secular democracy?

This open dialogue will begin with brief introductions to a range of perspectives, providing thought-starters to spark meaningful conversation.

Note:
This is not a debate. Our dialogue sessions are designed to foster respectful, inclusive, and engaging conversations, led by facilitators who ensure that all voices are heard.

Whether you are religious, secular, spiritual, or simply curious- your perspective is welcome. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore!

Please be aware that this session will be filmed
