What we do

In Your Faith

We run informal education sessions and activities in schools and youth groups to teach young people about different faiths, their similarities, the positive contribution faiths make to communities and to clear up misunderstandings about different faiths.

workshops for schools and young people
workshops for schools and young people
with the support of Near Neighbours

Run by the Faith Network for Manchester and the Muslim Jewish Forum of Greater Manchester in partnership with Manchester Hindu Jewish Association, this project is supported by Manchester City Council.

The sessions take the form of a quiz to initiate dialogue, followed by a lively interactive presentation to inform and promote discussion.

We recruit and train volunteers from within local faith communities to give first-hand insight into different faiths and beliefs.

The aim is to enrich, inspire and empower young people. We want to build respect amongst young people for those of other faiths who might have different beliefs and values from their own which in turn, will help develop social cohesion both within schools, youth groups and the local community.
